F&8
This project originates from a desire to be surprised by what happens unseen around me. It also stems from laziness.
The camera is placed on the restaurant table, and moved around so that a set of 5-10 random pictures are taken in various directions during the meal. Photos are shot while talking, waiting, eating, with little to no attention paid to what they may be capturing. All photos are shot in AF with f/8 aperture. Afterwards, the pictures are discovered then arranged to recreate a sense of the space, and of the elapsed time.
I like the idea of stealing images unbeknownst to all - including myself. I like having to work within the constraints of what I get out of the process, to try and build something out of it.
